And i took personal training classes and my trainer was very good and very knowledgeable. My trainer taught me according to my level and also rectified my mistakes also. After that on every weekend i also attended Group Discussion because it gives me so much confidence to speak in front of so many people.And that other trainers in Group Discussion judged everyone and telling about your mistakes so that you can rectify in your classes.
