Our Journey & Milestones -

• Founded in 1971, BSL began by offering English-speaking courses focused on speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills. We also introduced a 12-week Personality Development (PD) program, which is regularly updated.

• 1985 marked our expansion into foreign language certifications, including French, German, and Spanish, followed by Hindi, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, and Korean. We follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) to assess language proficiency across six levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. Students are placed according to their current skill level and goals.

• In 2003, we launched Corporate Training Programs. for MNCs, schools, corporates, and BPOs — a segment where we remain a preferred choice.

• By 2005, we had fully launched our IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and OET preparation programs, along with study abroad consulting, permanent residency (PR) support for Canada, and Australian immigration services.

• In 2009, we introduced globally recognized certifications in ESL (English as a Second Language), TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). Upon course completion, students receive QR-based verifiable certificates from BSL.

• 2011 saw us become early adopters of online learning.

• In 2016, we added Abacus, Coding, and French, and by 2017, we launched an academic coaching academy for English, Science, and Mathematics for school students.

• In 2021, we onboarded international trainers from various countries — no matter where you’re from, we have a faculty member to match your origin.

• As of 2025, we now offer Digital Marketing and Artificial Intelligence as complimentary courses with a 2-year enrollment.

• Headquartered in New Delhi with a corporate office in Noida, BSL operates under its flagship brand BSL ED-Tech Private Limited, with a pan-India network of franchises and Mentor Connect Program (MCP) partners across major states and cities.
