KIDNAPPED AND BLACKMAILED IITT LANGUAGE ACADEMY OR INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL TEACHERS TRAINING Is a horrible institution where the MD herself Mrs.Manasi Dhar Chakraborty is a professional Blackmailer and Kidnapper. Her husband Mr.Somen Chakraborty (parena Engrezi) is Useless and Unemployed and is dependent on his wife's income. Pushpa Bairagi is the feet licker of the MD. Even if she is aware of the fact that the MD is wrong she won't protest because her mother was the maid servant of the MD. She has secured a position in that company after her mom's request. This company hires employees and then starts blackmailing them based on some employment bond/legal documents/agreements. While joining they would give false promises and take you in then they will reveal their actual faces. Blackmailing, verbal abuse, legal threats etc.are on the way. The Bhawanipore Thana itself will reveal a lot. There are multiple cases and G.Ds lodged against this company. For Example: Arpita Dutta (G.D. No. 4.9/2021) Blocked her salary cheque worth Rs.60K. Sushmita (Sales Dept.) wife of Kalyan (Accountant) was also blackmailed and her G.D. is also lodged at Bhawanipore thana. Arfin Jabeen (former employee) was not paid her illegitimate dues but she gave her work with due respect. Madhumita Ray (Teacher and Content Developer) was also cheated by the M.D. Her last month's salary was not paid. Aparna Dey was also blackmailed when she was absent on a certain Saturday due to vote. Her fault was that she did not sign on the leave sheet the day before. But how can that fall under legal scenario? Her employees are really good and kind hearted that's why they are not taking any action against her. But that doesn't mean she can do anything and everything she wants. She has filed a false case against one of her employees and then she took it back (withdraw) after 4 years. Just think about the horrible and horrendous legal journey of the accused. The M.D will forfeit/deduct her employees' salaries based on some illegitimate grounds and the company runs on her whims and eccentricity. So just join the company at your own risk !!!
